Our engagement begins with understanding the problems with your current software or website, how it fits in with your business objectives, and where it falls short or what dysfunction exists.

Survey

Next, our engineers obtain the codebase, begin setup, and investigate the reported issues to gain a level of familiarity with your system necessary to efficiently resolve issues.

Plan

Based on our findings, we develop a list of tasks with the aim of rectifying issues in the application. For items with unknowns or contingencies, we prioritize our task list such that the biggest risk items are resolved as soon as possible in the project as is possible.

Act

We schedule and complete the tasks outlined in our rescue plan, before testing to ensure that identified issues have been resolved completely.
